Bahniman H. has extensive experience in finance and investment roles, with a focus on technology and retail industries. Bahniman served as the CFO of Reverb, the largest online marketplace for musical instruments. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO at Havenly, a custom furniture brand. Bahniman also worked as the Business Unit CFO/Director of HD.com Finance at The Home Depot, where they were responsible for finance leadership for online subsidiaries. Bahniman H. has also held various board and audit committee member positions at companies such as M-KOPA, Range Networks, Babajob.com, and Movirtu. Bahniman started their career at Viscogliosi Bros., LLC as a senior associate in private equity and worked as an associate in investment banking at Wachovia Securities.

Bahniman H. holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance & Accounting from Emory University. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com (Honors) degree in Accounting from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Additionally, Bahniman H. holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors.
