Dafne Herrera

Dafne Herrera has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Dafne began their career as a Psychology Assistant at Dulces de la Rosa in 2008, followed by a Recruitment Assistant at Job Connection - Outsourcing in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an External Consultant for Valora Consultoría S.C. and in 2012, they were an Inhouse HR Executive for Geodis. In 2014, they worked as a Coord. De Recursos Humanos for Pihesa Constructores S.A de C.V. and in 2015, they were a Recruitment Executive for Manpower. In 2016, they worked as an HR Generalist for Benchmark Electronics, Inc. and in 2017, they were a Talent Acquisition Sr Excecutive for Sanmina. Since 2018, they have held the roles of Director of Business and People Operations, Head of Business and People Operations, and People Operations Head for Rever, Inc.

Dafne Herrera attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Organizational Psychology with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2009, they completed a semester abroad at Universidad de Belgrano, also in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
