Eric A. Hiatt is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving on the Entrepreneurship & Economic Mobility Task Force for the California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development since September 2022, Eric is dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship as a key driver of the California Dream. As the Founder and CEO of Reverse Focus since August 2006, Eric focuses on providing innovative software solutions for sales professionals. Additionally, Eric is the Managing Member of HM Development Group GP, which revitalizes distressed properties, and the Founder Executive Director of SAGE, an organization that supports emerging companies in Shasta County. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and Security One Lending, where Eric contributed significantly to the reverse mortgage industry. Eric also has a background in financial and insurance services, having served as EVP/Partner at North State Life Financial and Insurance Services, Inc.
