Melissa Talon is a skilled professional with experience in talent acquisition and translation. Currently serving as a Talent Finder for the DACH region at Reverse since March 2023, Melissa previously worked as a translator from Italian to Russian at Secchi & Moschino S.R.L for a brief period in February 2020. An internship as a secretary at St. Peter's School of English occurred in July 2016, following a trainee position as a customer receptionist during the "Fiera del Salone del Mobile di Milano" in April 2016. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Languages and Cultures for International Cooperation and Communication from Università degli Studi di Milano, along with a Bachelor's degree in Language and Cultural Mediation Sciences from the same institution. Additional educational achievements include an advanced German language course at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and an intensive Russian language course at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
