Stephen A Day has an extensive work experience. In 2022, they became the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Heartland Clinics, Inc. which serves the 74 million Americans who live in rural communities across the nation. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Executive Director and CEO of the Healthcare Policy Institute, whose mission is to provide government agencies, large and small healthcare providers, hospitals, and the investment community with thought leadership from its members on the future of healthcare. In 2020, they became the Managing Member (Board Director) of Reverse Ionizer, LLC, a company focused on preventing the transmission of viruses and pathogens through air. Stephen was also a Member of the National Volunteer Fire Council. From 2002 to 2015, they were the CEO of DAYCAP, a firm that guides companies through early stage, growth, and exits. In 2020, they became a Mentor for the National Science Foundation I-Corps at The George Washington University. Stephen was also the Owner of the Board of Directors Society from 2011 to 2017, the CEO and Senior Partner of FundWorks, LLC from 2015 to 2020, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of DMJB LLC from 2014 to 2020.
