Reverse mortgages are perceived as complex and difficult to sell. We think they simply need the right educational tools and technological resources that allow them to be explained in new and innovative ways.

REVERSE plus was created for this purpose. We believe the BEST way to demonstrate the benefits and merits of a reverse mortgage is by Bringing Education and Sales Together.

Some have described REVERSE plus as a reverse-focused SAAS model or an education and training solution. We simply think it is a perfect blend of both education and sales.

REVERSE plus was created by two reverse mortgage industry veterans with unique skills in education and sales technology. Dan Hultquist, author of Understanding Reverse and Navigating Reverse, is well known for creating educational tools and training programs. Jeff Birdsell, on the other hand, has built and implemented technological resources for the industry for over 30 years. Together, they want to support the lending community by educating, demonstrating, and ultimately selling reverse mortgages using simple, accurate, and compliant methods.

For example, with REVERSE plus you will be able to:

- Visualize the benefits of refinancing with a reverse mortgage

- Demonstrate the power of purchasing a new home with a reverse mortgage
- Forecast certain financial planning advantages of a reverse mortgage
- Determine if a reverse mortgage makes sense if you must bring funds to closing
- Understand the rate trends that could affect the borrower's proceeds
- Estimate the weekly average index rates that determine principal limits
- Find relevant regulations easily

REVERSE plus solutions will be released in the forth quarter of 2024.
