A specialist in reverse financial retirement plans and their history, Marc is frequently invited to present training and educational sessions for attorneys, financial planners, fiduciaries, accountants and bankers. He also does educational seminars for schools, colleges, and community & fraternal groups on wealth creation, money and emotions, aging in place and political and financial literacy. Marc has earned a reputation for explaining difficult subjects in a style that is easily understood. Marc's length and breadth of financial skills are  especially evident when he designs reverse mortgage or LESS solutions to solve problems for the clients of divorce, bankruptcy, elder and estate lawyers and professional fiduciaries.

We work closely with homeowners of any age via their trusted advisors and their families to custom design a program that will solve problems effectively and economically. Because we are a brokerage, we represent six different reverse products companies and thirteen different products, including a student loan alternative. We are able to handle credit and income issues that frequently derail applications on reverse loans and lines of credit up to $6,000,000.
