Ayan Bagchi

Ayan Bagchi has had an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Wockhardt Lifesciences until 2000. Ayan then served as a Product Manager at Caltiger - Patriot Automation Limited from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they worked as a Sales Manager at Aces International (Cognizant) for a year. From 2003 to 2010, they held the position of Sr. Business Development Manager at Tata Interactive Systems. Following that, they joined Sun Knowledge as AVP - Business Development from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they entered GENPACT and served in various roles such as Director - Consulting & Transformation Services, Assistant Vice President - Consulting, and AVP- Design Leader till an unspecified date. Ayan then worked as SVP - IT & Digital at C Ahead Technologies Inc from 2019 to 2020. In the same year, they joined geeks4learning as a Non-Executive Sales Director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer SADC Region at Reverside since September 2020.

Ayan Bagchi completed their ICSE at St. Xavier's Collegiate School in Kolkata from 1990 to 1995. Ayan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at St.Xavier's College, Kolkata, and the University of Calcutta from 1992 to 1995. Later, Ayan completed their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at EMPI Business School from 1996 to 1998.
