Chad Rosh is a seasoned professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at GaggleAMP since December 2019, where leadership, process design, and AI utilization are emphasized to enhance customer retention and growth. Previous roles include Team Lead for Customer Success and Scaled Programs, and Customer Success Manager, contributing to the establishment of key processes and best practices. Chad is also an active member of several professional communities, including Gain Grow Retain, Exit Five, and RevGenius. Prior to GaggleAMP, Chad held significant positions at Jabmo, The Douglas Stewart Company, Northwest Analytics, MyBartender, and Rockstar Modeling & Promotion, showcasing a robust background in customer success, marketing strategy, and brand activation. Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University.
