Haith Elem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, community building, and financial management. As a Founding Member of RevGenius since May 2020, Haith has contributed to a thriving community of over 45,000 revenue-generating professionals. In the role of Director of GTM Talent Acquisition & Retention at Yogi from 2021 to 2024, Haith oversaw comprehensive talent strategies and operations. Previously, as Co-Founder of idhire.me, Haith facilitated job search success during the Covid-19 pandemic. As Director of Talent Acquisition & Retention at Harbinger Strategy from 2016 to 2020, Haith led a team to optimize talent operations for various HR tech firms. Earlier roles include Director of Community & Employer Branding at Alley, where Haith significantly increased community engagement and candidate pipeline, and various finance positions at IBM, including Senior Finance Manager. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Analytics and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. with Distinction in Accounting from Penn State University.
