Johnny Occean serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales at meQuilibrium since January 2021, contributing to the organization’s mission of fostering engagement, performance, and employee wellness. Occean's professional journey includes active memberships in RevGenius and Revenue Collective, where insights and collaboration with other sales and marketing leaders are exchanged. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Brainshark as an Account Executive, where significant business was sourced and increasing productivity initiatives were implemented. Occean has also held various roles in recruitment and accounting, showcasing a diverse skill set in staff management, payroll implementation, and sales training. Occean graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Haven in 2009.
