Nir Kalish is an experienced leader in customer success and experience, currently serving as the VP of Customer Success at Blink Ops. With a strong background in building and optimizing customer success strategies, Nir has successfully developed onboarding processes that significantly reduced timelines and improved client experiences across multiple organizations, including roles as Head of Customer Success at Nimble and Director of Customer Success at strongDM. Nir has also advised numerous companies on Customer-Led Growth strategies and served as a mentor in the Catalyst Coaching Corner.
