Radé Kemal

Radé Kemal is a seasoned professional in sales and growth, currently working in a growth capacity at BrightLoop since February 2025 and as a member of RevGenius since August 2023. Previously, Radé served as Head of Sales at DevCraft and as Advisor, Head of Sales at ORIL, a software development agency. At CIENCE, from January 2017 to September 2023, Radé held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Head of Sales Development, where leadership of a global team of Sales Development Representatives was key. Earlier experience includes managing outbound SDR teams and conducting research at NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Radé holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Inorganic Chemistry, specializing in Water Treatment, from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
