Roy Asfar

Roy Asfar is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at WeSalute, a leading service recognition platform for military personnel and their families, since November 2018. Previously, Asfar held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Veterans Advantage from 2001 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading strategic partnerships and overseeing corporate strategies. Initial marketing campaigns for the organization were established under Asfar's leadership as Marketing Director. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Producer at Ziff-Davis Media and CMP Media, General Manager at Golf Digest, and Journalist at Reuters. Roy Asfar holds a Master of Arts in English and American Literature from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
