Devna Agnihotri

Devna Agnihotri has a diverse range of work experience. Devna currently holds the position of Senior Recruiter at RevGurus Inc, beginning in February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Big4 companies through freelancing and remote work starting in September 2018 and ending in November 2018.

Before their freelancing experience, Devna served as a Research Associate at Evalueserve, a leading investment bank, from November 2014 to October 2017. In this role, they assisted the HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes, updated reports on compliance trainings, coordinated interviews, and facilitated quality hiring in collaboration with hiring managers and Country Managers.

Devna also gained experience as an Associate Operations at WNS Global Services from December 2012 to November 2014. Additionally, they briefly worked as an IT Recruiter at Stealth Hunt Consulting from January 2012 to May 2012, where they managed recruitment processes for clients, including screening, sourcing, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

Devna'sprofessional journey began as a Management Trainee at Bharti Airtel Limited in June 2009, where they gained an early experience in the corporate world.

Throughout their career, Devna has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance trainings, report generation, and interview coordination.

Devna Agnihotri completed their MBA (HR) degree with a specialization in Human Resource and Marketing at DIT University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from A.N.D College, Kanpur, from 2005 to 2008. In August 2019, they also obtained a certification in Employee Engagement from LinkedIn.
