Aude Eberlin

Aude Makk-Eberlin currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Shake since April 2023. Prior to this, Aude Makk-Eberlin spent over a decade at Brandwatch, progressing through various roles including VP Global Customer Success for Emerging Accounts, where a focus on operational excellence and customer outcomes was emphasized. Additionally, Aude Makk-Eberlin managed initiatives to enhance productivity within commercial functions, developed frameworks for a global team, and coordinated projects that bridged customer needs with data interpretation. Earlier experiences include serving as Account Manager at Eikos International Ltd and Project Manager's assistant at Umeco Asia Ltd. Aude Makk-Eberlin holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Management from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar and a Licence in Applied Foreign Languages from Université Marc Bloch (Strasbourg II).
