RE:Vision Builders is a boutique owner's representation and development advisory firm founded by Malcolm J. Williams and Dariana Casado. We serve NYC developers, family offices, institutional investors, and out-of-town owners with assets in the five boroughs.

We exist to solve a specific gap. Most owners face a forced choice: hire a global conglomerate that sells senior partners and delivers junior associates, or hire a small operator who lacks the financial modeling and process discipline complex NYC work demands. Our clients work directly with the principals. Every project. Every stage.

What we do:
Owner's representation for residential, mixed-use, and multifamily developments. Pre-construction advisory including financial modeling, budget management, and feasibility analysis. Project management with rigorous documentation and real-time reporting. Regulatory navigation across Local Law 97, 485-x, landmark commissions, co-op boards, and municipal compliance. Forensic audits for distressed builds and scope gaps. Development Readiness Assessments that stress-test assumptions before capital commits. Design-forward value engineering that protects quality and budget at once.

For out-of-town owners with NYC assets, we are your principal-led eyes and ears on the ground, with the reporting discipline that closes the visibility gap and the regulatory and contractor relationships that take years to build.

Our values: clarity, accountability, thoughtful design, calm leadership, institutional rigor, and long-term value.

True partnership means treating your project the way we would treat our own. Every client receives direct principal involvement, transparent communication, and a fiduciary commitment to your vision and your capital.
