John Hughes serves as the Chairman of Cortus Advisory Group, which specializes in Transaction Services and Corporate Advisory Support. Additionally, John acts as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of SteamaCo, a smart metering technology platform enhancing electricity distribution in South East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Non-Executive Director and Interim Finance Director at REVIV Global, John contributes to the growth of preventative health services worldwide. Previously, John held the position of Executive Chairman at Yodel, overseeing operational efficiency and managing a workforce of over 12,500 employees, as well as serving as Chairman at Qualtex Global, focusing on fundraising and mergers and acquisitions. John's extensive career at KPMG UK included a 25-year tenure as Partner in Transaction Services, where significant contributions were made to private equity and global due diligence practices.
