Revival Hotels is a forward-thinking hospitality management and consultancy firm designed to meet the demands of the ever-changing travel industry through a fresh approach to owner-management partnerships. Founder and CEO Saxton Sharad and the team bring expert guidance across all areas of lodging and hospitality—covering everything from brand building and transition to guest acquisition, on-property experience, and post-departure engagement. Our consulting work spans a wide range of topics and is always tailored to each client’s unique needs. Revival also offers Invisible Hospitality™, a proprietary tech platform designed to streamline operations and improve guest experience.

Revival is made up of true-blue hospitality lifers. We’re a group of folks who, at one time or another, welcomed you at the front desk, served up your favorite comfort food, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, whether for a special occasion or a run-of-the-mill Wednesday. Though we’re no longer on the front lines, we carry that mindset with us, which informs everything we do.
