On any development or investment project, value is protected or lost before a single drawing is produced.

The problem is rarely a lack of expertise. Cost, planning, programme, sustainability and risk are typically developed in parallel, without a single commercially accountable view. Briefs drift. Abortive spend accumulates. Boards and funders push back.

Revive acts as the Commercial Integrator at the earliest project stages, before design begins. We bring those inputs together into a decision-ready brief and business case, so developers, asset owners and investors can proceed with certainty and approach boards and funders with a coherent story.

We work with developers who need planning certainty and capex clarity, and with REITs, funds and owner occupiers who need to protect portfolio value and avoid stranded-asset risk.

Our work covers viability assessments, whole-life cost and carbon analysis, risk registers and funding-ready business cases. Where schemes proceed, we can also support delivery through EA, PM, QS, DM and IMS roles.
