Mark Hallman

Mark Hallman is the Founder and Managing Director/CEO of 3AIM Partners, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to the healthcare industry. With extensive experience, Hallman established Patient Forecaster, an AI-driven platform for predicting patient demands and staffing needs. As an Advisory Board Member for RevKeep, Hallman aids healthcare providers in financial retention efforts. Previous roles include Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer at JPS Health Network and Enterprise Senior Director of Strategy at Cleveland Clinic, among others. Hallman also mentored emerging leaders through the American Hospital Association's fellowship program and has provided strategic consulting to numerous healthcare organizations. Hallman holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Miami University, a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
