Devon Sims

Devon Sims serves as a Sr. Leasing Manager at REV™ The Multifamily LEASING℠ Company since July 2023, where responsibilities include executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and resident retention goals. With a strong emphasis on collaboration with cross-functional teams, Devon spearheads recruitment and employee engagement initiatives and facilitates product training orientations. Previous experience includes a role as Luxury Concierge at 2727 Kirby Condominiums and Hotel Management at AC Hotel by Marriott Houston Downtown, where Devon was promoted to Food & Beverage Supervisor. Devon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Performing Arts from Kennesaw State University in August 2012.
