Amber Garrison

Amber Garrison currently serves as President of Elizabeth Arden & Fragrances at Revlon since October 2025. Prior to this role, Amber held multiple positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from March 2013 to September 2025, including Global Brand President for Origins and Bumble and bumble, as well as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Executive Director of Corporate & Brand Strategy. Amber's experience also includes serving as Director of the Strategic Planning Group at American Express (2012-2013) and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (2008-2012). Earlier career roles involved being an International Manager at The Agora Companies (2003-2006) and an Associate at BCG (2001-2003). Educational credentials include a Master of Sciences in International Relations from The London School of Economics and a B.A. in History, Policy Studies & French Studies, magna cum laude from Rice University.
