Chris Eickhoff

Chris Eickhoff has over two decades of experience in packaging engineering, with a notable tenure at Revlon since March 2006, where currently serves as Senior Director of R&D Package Engineering. Previously held positions include Director and Senior Manager of Package Engineering, overseeing packaging responsibilities across various cosmetic categories and managing teams in the USA and China. Chris has a strong background in package risk assessment, product validations, and innovation development, having successfully managed new product launches for esteemed brands like Almay and Mitchum. Prior experience includes project roles at Rexam and MacLean-Fogg Company, specializing in design and environmental compliance, as well as an engineering internship at Corpak MedSystems. Chris Eickhoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
