Franco B. is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Director of Global Security at Revlon since February 2019, where responsibilities include developing and managing security programs to mitigate risks related to supply chain security, workplace violence, and brand protection. Prior to this, Franco held the position of Security and Operational Resilience Program Manager at DHL Global Forwarding, focusing on security policies and loss prevention strategies. Franco's career began with the NYPD, where significant roles included Lieutenant in the Emergency Service Unit and Task Force Leader for FEMA's Urban Search and Rescue Task Force. Franco obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Emergency Management from SUNY and completed the FBI National Academy.
