Karin Rabovsky is a Product Launch Management Professional with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry. They currently serve as a Senior Global Program Manager at Revlon Inc., where they executed a global re-branding initiative for core Elizabeth Arden brands, significantly increasing the projected retail sales. Previously, Karin was the Director of New Launch Management at The Estee Lauder Companies, where they managed multiple high-value projects and implemented cost-saving measures.
