Luca Nava

Luca Nava is an experienced executive in the beauty and skincare industry, currently serving as General Manager for Revlon Inc. in Italy and as CEO and Board Member of Beautyge Italy S.p.A. Since May 2022, Luca has been overseeing professional and mass market initiatives. Previously, as General Manager of the Global Skincare Division at ALFAPARF Milano from November 2019 to May 2022, responsibilities included business and product development for several brands targeting both domestic and international markets. Earlier, a significant tenure at L'Oréal from June 1996 to November 2019 featured various leadership roles, including General Manager for L'Oréal Professionnel and Luxury Brands, as well as contributions to the launch and development of key cosmetic brands. Luca's academic background includes a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino, complemented by executive development training at CEDEP.
