Matthew Benton

Matthew Benton currently serves as the General Manager for Revlon Prestige in the UK, Ireland, France, and Benelux since September 2021, while also holding the position of Commercial Director for Revlon Prestige & Digital in the same regions. Prior to this, Matthew worked as the Country Manager for the UK and Head of Digital Acceleration at Nuxe Group from November 2019 to October 2021. Matthew has extensive experience in the cosmetics industry, having held roles such as General Manager for Chanel and Beaute at The Prestige Cosmetics Group from January 2016 to December 2019, and various management positions at L'Oréal from January 2008 to December 2015, including General Manager for the Professional Products Division in South Africa and Sales Manager for Redken and Pureology in the UK. Matthew holds a PDM in Strategic Marketing from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
