Rachel Samaroo

Rachel Samaroo currently serves as the Manager of Global Package Development & Engineering at Revlon Inc., focusing on the execution and development of award-winning packaging for the Elizabeth Arden luxury portfolio since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at IBC Shell Packaging, including Director of Design Strategy & Innovation and Manager of New Product Development, where strategic leadership in product design and packaging was emphasized. Earlier experience includes working as a Design Engineer at Parabit Systems, Inc. and Forecast Consoles, Inc., where Rachel led the design of customized solutions for high-profile clients. Rachel began the professional journey as a Furniture Design Intern at Handover Direct. An alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Industrial Design, Rachel also attended Syracuse University.
