Thomas Hammond, MPS, serves as the Senior Director of Global Package Development and Engineering at Revlon, overseeing package development for various brands, including Elizabeth Arden, and managing a team of seven direct reports. With extensive experience at Elizabeth Arden in roles from Associate Engineer to Manager, Thomas has led the engineering of prestigious skincare products and launched numerous new items while achieving significant cost reductions. Thomas is also an Advisory Board Member for Cosmoprof North America and has prior experience at PepsiCo and Wormser Corporation. Thomas holds a Master of Science from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
