Alex Codina

Alex Codina currently serves as the General Manager for Merchant Acquiring at Revolut, where the focus is on equipping merchants with secure and affordable payment solutions. Codina has also held leadership roles at Revolut, including Head of Barcelona Tech Hub, aimed at fostering talent growth in Southern Europe, and Operating Partner within the CEO Office, concentrating on strategic growth projects. Prior experience includes working as an Investor at Cowing, driving flexible workspace solutions; Principal and Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, leading technology and digital transformation projects; Interim COO at heycar Spain; and various positions at Vodafone, SCHOTT, and Copcisa. Codina holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has participated in international business programs at UNITECH International Society and Trinity College Dublin.
