Kyle Mack

Kyle Mack, Ph.D., is a People Science and Analytics Leader with a focus on statistics, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Previously a Chief Science Officer at Imperative, Kyle set the data science strategy during a pivotal funding phase. At Amazon, Kyle served as a Senior Research Scientist and managed teams dedicated to marketing personalization and internal product development. With experience at T-Mobile and Revolut, Kyle has also contributed to talent assessment and behavioral science research. Currently pursuing a BA at UCLA while completing a Ph.D. at Portland State University, Kyle continues to advance in the field of industrial and organizational psychology.
