Umar Ahmed

Umar Ahmed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and incident response. Currently serving as a Senior IT Service and Incident Manager at Revolut since January 2022, Umar previously held the position of IT Services Manager at Santander UK from August 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, Umar worked at SmartDebit, where roles included ITIL Service Manager, Technical Support Engineer, and Assistant Business Analyst from January 2013 to August 2018. Additionally, experience as a Technology Associate was gained at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels from August 2009 to October 2013. Umar holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing and Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton, obtained from January 2009 to January 2013, and a GCE IT Double Award AS in Information Technology from Dudley College, achieved from January 2006 to January 2009.
