Veronica Badea

Veronica Badea is the Global Head of Indirect Tax at Revolut, where they focus on strategic VAT planning and optimizing VAT on transfer pricing arrangements. Previously, they served as the EMEA Indirect Tax Senior Manager at Wells Fargo, overseeing VAT implications for business restructuring and improving invoice processing related to VAT reporting. Veronica has a background in tax consulting with Deloitte Romania and EY, where they managed various VAT advisory and compliance engagements. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
