Andy Cloyd

Andy is a Vice President on the investment team at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. He joined the firm in 2020 and focuses on sourcing, due diligence, and supporting existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Revolution, Andy was a Principal at Cultivation Capital, a St. Louis-based venture capital fund where he oversaw the deal team for their Seed and Series A technology investments. He led investments in Paytient, SwellCX, SimpleRose, Balto Software, and Matic amongst others. Andy started his career at ZS Associates where he worked on strategy for large Fortune 500 clients.

Andy is a Venture for America Fellow and currently serves on the organization’s Alumni Board. Andy graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Finance. Andy was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky.
