Jodi Chapin

Jodi Chapin currently serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at REVOLVE, a role held since August 2015, following previous positions at the same company, including General Counsel and External General Counsel. Prior legal experience includes serving as External General Counsel for Lovers + Friends and as Legal Counsel at Kolar & Associates, where Jodi represented corporate clients in various business and employment matters, including notable clients such as Domino's Pizza and Arizona Beverages USA. Jodi's background also features roles at Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, and Laquer, Urban, Clifford & Hodge, where expertise encompassed employment disputes, litigation, and representation of public and private entities. Early legal experience includes an internship at the Disability Rights Legal Center and a project coordinator role at Online Labs, Inc. Jodi holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, a BA in Cultural Anthropology from UC Irvine, and completed a Mini-MBA for In-House Counsel at Questrom School of Business.
