Mitchell Jones has a wealth of experience in marketing and client services. In 2021, they began working as a Client Services Manager for RevTrax. From 2019-2021, they were an Account Manager and Associate Account Manager for MDM Worldwide Solutions, Inc., where they worked directly with 10 clients to manage their day-to-day book of business and ensure return on investment, consulting on investor relations and digital marketing strategies. Mitchell also wrote, designed, and oversaw the integration of digital marketing materials and investor pitch decks. In 2018, they were a Communications Intern for SyracuseCoE: New York State's Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems, where they used HTML and WordPress to redesign the corporate website and wrote and published press releases. Mitchell also helped coordinate a large international STEM conference, managing the social media, website, and email marketing. In 2018, they were a Public Relations Intern for PGA of America, where they consolidated data, wrote content, and edited information for a new corporate media website. Mitchell also helped manage the 100th PGA Championship media center and monitored social media sentiment. In 2017, they were a Production Associate Intern for Golf Channel, where they sat first chair during the Morning Drive live news show, greenlighting content for immediate air, wrote scripts, built highlight reels, and analyzed and edited video for live coverage. Finally, from 2016-2017, they were a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Communications Intern for Barclay Damon, LLP, where they designed and wrote ads, conducted market research, and edited and designed the 2017 Q1 newsletter.
Mitchell Jones attended Brooks School from 2013 to 2015, and then Syracuse University from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Mathematics.
