Jess Oyer

Jess Oyer has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Counsel at Revvity since May 2023. Previously, Jess held the position of Attorney at PerkinElmer, Inc. from March 2021 to May 2023 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Murphy & King, Professional Corporation between August 2019 and March 2021. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Fletcher Tilton PC from October 2016 to August 2019 and Attorney at Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel from February 2014 to September 2016. Jess began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands from October 2011 to November 2012. Before entering the legal field, Jess served as a Contracts Manager and Staff Accountant at USIS from 2004 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University and a Doctor of Law from The George Washington University Law School.
