Simone Mulfinger

Simone Mulfinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Simone started their career as a Personal Consultant at Personal Springer Dienstleistungs GmbH in 2004 and then transitioned to a role as a vocational training lead and Field Recruiter at a Retail Operating Company from 2005 to 2011. Simone then joined Delphi in 2011, where they worked as an HR Professional until 2015 and later became an HR Manager until 2017. In 2018, Simone joined Aptiv as an HR Manager and subsequently took on the role of Global HR Business Partner. Simone later became a Regional HR Business Partner/ HR Manager and remained with the company until 2023. Currently, Simone is the Regional HR Lead DACH & Estonia/ HRBP Commercial at Revvity, where they are responsible for leading the People and Culture agenda for the region and providing guidance and coaching to business leaders and managers.

Simone Mulfinger has a background in business coaching and personal management. Simone obtained a Business Coach degree from Bundesverband zertifizierter Trainer & Coaches e.V. in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (personal management) from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2004. Simone also has a certification as a Bürokauffrau/office Clerk from Autohaus M. Arndt & Söhne GmbH, which they obtained through an Ausbildung program from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Simone has obtained several certifications related to leadership, personal strategy, human resources, and coaching skills.
