Ola Shallan has worked in various roles across different companies. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Teleconnect Contact Center as an Applicant Tracking System Agent for the P&G account, where they handled inbound and outbound calls for P&G recruitment and answered other candidates' questions. Ola also worked as an Outbound Call Center Agent for Vodafone ADSL Egypt and a US Medical Campaign at US. In 2020, they joined ExpandCart as a Professional Services Specialist, where they communicated and coordinated activities with business teams, understood the clients' needs, and managed their timeline to see value. Ola was later promoted to Senior Professional Services Specialist, where they reviewed the business and technical requirements with customers, provided solutions, and tested detailed design documents.
