Frederic Barge

Frederic Barge is the Managing Director and Founder of Reward Value, which specializes in Total Rewards and Executive Reward consultancy. Frederic has a vast amount of experience in the field, having held various senior positions at companies such as Robeco, Ahold Delhaize, ING, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Frederic is also educated at Leiden University.
