RewardMore is a new approach to customer retention based on how often they visit, and it works! 

Founder and CEO Kane Mantyla ran a float spa for 11 years and was not happy with only getting 30% conversion to packages/memberships so he jumped into his float tank and discovered a new way. 

He realized that most his clients liked to float and wanted to come back, they just didn't want to pay a lot up front or commit to monthly fees (same as you, huh?). 

He realized that client's didn't need to pay up front. If they received a discount for coming back regularly, they would. He did this at his own business for 3 years to collect data and realized it was so successful that he wanted to share it with other service-based businesses and RewardMore was born.
