Caribbean Program Officer at Re:wild

Justin Springer is a seasoned conservation professional currently serving as the Caribbean Program Officer at Re:wild since June 2023. As the Founder and Managing Director of Mosaic Eco Consult since September 2018, Justin has also contributed to the IUCN as a Technical Assistant from January 2019 to June 2023, focusing on the Biodiversity and Protected Areas Management Programme across the Caribbean. Previous roles include consulting for Fauna & Flora International and GIZ, as well as assignments with UNDP, where Justin worked on various biodiversity conservation projects. As an Assistant Ecologist with The Ecology Consultancy, Justin led species surveys and data management for significant infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Integrated Landscape Ecology from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Earth Sciences from The University of the West Indies.
