Gilbert Gaspard

Gilbert Gaspard has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Gilbert'smost recent position was at Rewind, where they served as a Co-founder and CTO starting in November 2018. Before that, they worked at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB from March 2016 to November 2018. During their time there, they held the role of Business Analyst Money Market, where they were responsible for budgeting, staff planning, and specifying needs for a front to back software handling money market cash activities. Gilbert also managed several projects aimed at enhancing the workflows and reducing the bank's cost per trade. Prior to that, Gilbert worked as a Money Market IT at SGCIB from February 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they worked on projects to automate processes, reduce costs, and diminish operational losses. Gilbert also supported the day-to-day activity in a high-pressure environment with significant financial risks.

Before joining SGCIB, Gilbert worked as a Stagiaire at Capgemini in 2013, where they decrypted and automated a maintenance excel sheet for a subsidiary of FIAT. This resulted in a significant reduction in the time required to obtain information. Gilbert also completed an internship at Exakis in 2012, where they worked on development projects using C#. Gilbert's early work experience includes a technician engineer internship at Nexans in 2011.

Gilbert Gaspard holds an educational background in both finance and engineering. Gilbert completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at HEC Paris from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2013, they attended ESTIA (École Supérieure des Technologies Industrielles Avancées) and obtained a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics and Embedded Systems.
