Curt Sigfstead

Curt Sigfstead serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Clio, overseeing all financial functions, including capital markets, corporate development, and investor relations. With extensive experience in investment banking, Curt previously held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, where notable achievements included leading over $200 billion in technology M&A transactions. Additional advisory and investment roles include positions on the CFO Advisory Board at Bain Capital Ventures, membership in The Circle by Founders Circle Capital, and involvement with the Brown Angel Group as an angel investor. Curt holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
