Peter Bormann

Peter Bormann is an experienced venture partner and legal professional with a strong focus on venture capital and corporate law. At ScaleUP Venture Partners Inc. since September 2016, Peter contributes to portfolio management and strategic guidance for late-stage investments. In addition to serving as a board member for various companies, including Rewind and Kapik Integration, Peter acts as transaction counsel for Climate Innovation Capital, providing legal expertise in climate technology investments. Previously, Peter held key legal positions at Novus Health and Redknee Inc., demonstrating extensive experience in M&A, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Peter's educational background includes multiple degrees in engineering, law, and business, with ongoing studies in architecture at Toronto Metropolitan University.
