ReWork for Growth is a consulting company dedicated to helping small business owners, especially immigrant and first-generation entrepreneurs, grow beyond survival mode. Many entrepreneurs are great at their craft but struggle with the business side: systems, pricing, finances, and strategy. That’s where we come in.

With over 15 years of experience in operations, program management, and organizational strategy, we provide the structure, tools, and guidance that small business owners need to scale sustainably.

Our work focuses on:
⚙️ Operations & Systems: Creating workflows, processes, and tools that reduce chaos and save time.

📊 Strategy & Planning: Developing business roadmaps, pricing clarity, and growth strategies.

🎯 Coaching & Accountability: Supporting entrepreneurs as they move from side hustles to sustainable businesses.

🌎 Community & Events: Helping owners strengthen networks and visibility through impactful programs and events.

In addition to working with small business owners, ReWork for Growth also provides Fractional COO and Chief of Staff support for organizations and startups. With over 15 years of experience in operations, leadership, and strategy, Stacy helps executive teams streamline processes, align around priorities, and execute with confidence. This flexible model gives organizations access to senior-level operational expertise without the cost of a full-time hire.
