Rework Gear engineers highly functional and low-key urban gear with an edge of versatility. We are based in San Francisco, California, founded by a pair of siblings originally from Singapore. 

If you know anything about Singaporeans, we are pragmatic and can be brutally honest. These qualities shine through in our design philosophy which centers on defining clear objectives for each product and making decisions tailored to those goals, acknowledging that solutions are not one-size-fits-all.

We feel there is a disproportionate focus on "premium" in the bag industry where we're trending towards excessively technical materials and construction that are unnecessary in our bags. We created Rework with the intention of putting practicality back on the table.
