Sonya Kaleel, M.S. is the Founder and President of The Inclusion Practice, a woman-owned consulting firm dedicated to fostering inclusive organizations through customized coaching and advisory services. Since January 2019, Sonya has also served as an adjunct faculty member and mentor for the Leading Equity & Inclusion in Organizations certificate program at Northwestern University. Prior to this, Sonya worked as a leadership coach and facilitator at The Holdsworth Center, contributing to the development of public school leadership in Texas. With extensive experience in learning design and facilitation, Sonya has held various leadership roles at Aperian Global and other organizations, focusing on cultural competency and effective communication across multicultural environments. Sonya holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bradley University.
