Andy Selway

Andy Selway is currently a Talent Partner at Re:Work. Prior to this, they were with Mind for a brief period and before that, they were with Sapphire. Andy has also been with Checkout.com from May 2022 to June 2022, where they served as a Talent Partner - Building the People Team. Andy was also with Andela from August 2021 to April 2022, where they served as a Talent Partner - Building the Global Recruiting Team.

Andy Selway has completed a BSc in Biology with a 2:1 (Biodiversity and Ecology) from the University of Southampton, a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Level 5 (MCIPD) in HR Management from North Hertfordshire College, GCSES + A-Levels from Millfield School, and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling BACP Approved Practitioner Qualification from Banbury Counselling Academy. Andy also has certification from St John Ambulance in Volunteer Vaccinator Training Course, First Responce Emergency Care (FREC 3) - Level 3, Enhanced DBS Checked, Hospital Care Training Course, and Operational First Aid. Finally, they have certification from Future Fit Training Ltd in Diploma in Personal Training (Level 3).

Their manager is Mark Shortall, Founder. They are on a team with Viktor Bosheski - Sourcing & Insights, Sanja Ralic - Talent Partner, and Aleksandra Simonovska - Talent Partner.
